have the issue in PDF format and would be happy to send it to you.  The
size of all 29 files combined is 10.4 MB.  Let me know if this is OK to
send all at once.

I am trying to obtain my own copy of the entire issue through the GOS,
but would like to somehow get copies of the entire thing in the
