[AOUStudents] Avian leg band transmitters

Hi there,

 Has anyone had experience using avian leg band transmitters - specifically
those from Advanced Telemetry Systems (
http://www.atstrack.com/ats/products/transmitter/Avian/LegNeckBand/legneckba
nd.aspx )? I would be curious to know what species you used them on, what
size of transmitters you used, and any problems that you might be aware of
or any benefits of this transmitter attachment technique over other
transmitter attachment techniques (leg harness, backpack harness).
